Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ajah, Jakande, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • As a Sales Executive for Brands and Trade Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our diverse range of high-quality beers.
  • This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the beverage industry.
  • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Analyze sales data to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Promotional Activities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND
  • 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the beer industry and understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep appreciation for quality beer
