Job Title: Senior Travel Sales Agent

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Travel Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Travel Sales Agent, you will play a key role in promoting and selling travel packages to our valued customers
- Your exceptional sales skills, in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service will contribute to the overall success of our travel agency.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and needs.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and advice to clients, offering suitable travel packages, itineraries, and destinations.
- Effectively communicate with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Handle inquiries and bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Prepare and present detailed travel itineraries, including costs, travel routes, and any necessary travel documents.
- Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel partners to negotiate and secure competitive rates and promotions.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction before, during, and after their travels.
- Assist with resolving any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise.
- Minimum of (6) years of experience as a Travel Sales Agent or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent knowledge of local and international travel destinations, including popular tourist attractions, hotels, and transportation options.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and generate revenue.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer reservation systems (CRS) and online booking platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings and travel documentation.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for travel and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
- Fluency in English and any additional language(s) is a plus.
