Crossover Microfinance Bank Limited was first incorporated under the name Pacific Savings and Loans Ltd in 1992. With a new focus and team in 2010 the bank was later rebranded Crossover Savings and Loans Ltd aka Crossover Mortgage Bankers. With the ever growing financial need in the retail sector and with new investors, Crossover remodeled its operations from mortgage to microfinance in 2014 to empower micro and small scale businesses in the retail sector. It commenced full scale microfinance operations in March 2016. Crossover Microfinance Bank Ltd is duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and certified by NDIC with a paid up capital of N450 million. The bank currently has several branches with its head office located at 38 Kofoworola Crescent, Off Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Relate with branches on an administrativeissues
  • Carry out all other duties as assigned by the HR

Requirements:
Crossover microfinance bank is in need of an administrative officer with the following skills and attribute:

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Additional qualificationin Office Administration is a plus

Salary:
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly
