Doheney Services Limited – Our client a communication firm with interest in Television and Radio is looking to fill the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, PortHarcourt, Benin, Agenebode, Kaduna, Kano, Jos, Yenogoa, Enugu, Maidugri, Yola, Gombe, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Bauchi and Jos

Job Title: Secretaries – DS/S 201141Core Duties:

  • Prepare and manage mails, correspondences, report and documents.
  • Schedule and manage meetings
  • Prepare, update and follow up on itinerary, arrange and confirm appointments, maintain schedules and calendar
  • Attend management meetings, type and distribute minutes of meeting
  • Setup and maintain filling system

Entry Requirements

  • University degree/ HND
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience
