Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary

  • As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our products. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding market needs, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall company and strategy and goals.
  • Evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the product and its position in the market
  • Establish specific, measurable, and achievable goals for the product, aligning them with broader business objectives.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in consumer behavior that may impact the product.
  • Estimate the size of the target market and project potential market share, considering current and future trends.

Product Roadmap:

  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the planned features, enhancements, and milestones over time.
  • Clearly communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Create detailed user stories for development teams, outlining the functionality, user experience, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Integrate findings from market research into requirements gathering to align product features with market demand.
  • Clearly document product requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Product Development:

  • Prioritize features and tasks within the development backlog based on business value, user impact and strategic goals.
  • Oversee the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring quality time and delivery

Testing and QA:

  • Implement testing strategies to ensure product quality, collaborating with QA teams for thorough testing
  • Participate in the development of an overall testing strategy, including automated testing, manual testing, and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to conduct performance testing, ensuring the product can handle expected loads and respond efficiently.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze product performance using key metrics, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Identify and define measurable KPIs aligned with the business goals.
  • Compare product performance metrics against industry benchmarks and competitors to assess the product’s competitive position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
