Job Title: Copywriter
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Brief

• Writing clear and error-free content for website that reflects the company’s voice
• Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team — and to client representative when requested — and participate occasionally in client pitches
• Revise copy based on internal and client feedback.
• Research and understand a client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts, and in-person meeting.
• Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials
• Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of final product

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Communication or Marketing
• Proximity to VI is a must (should either stay on the island or close to TMB).
• Experience producing copy for print and digital media.
• Proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaign.
• Exceptional skill in social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms.
• Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing.

 

Remuneration

• N200,000 monthly gross.
