Job Title: Field Sales Agent
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• As a Field Sales Agent for Guestsnhost, your primary responsibility will be to acquire listings for service apartments, event venues / halls, and car rentals.
• Prospecting and identifying potential hosts for service apartments, event venues / halls, and car rentals.
• Conducting outreach to potential hosts through phone calls, emails, social media and in-person meetings.
• Presenting the benefits of listing on Guestsnhost and persuading hosts to join our platform.
• Negotiating terms and agreements with hosts to secure their listings on our platform.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hosts to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
• Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Ordinary Diploma Certificates (OND)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

• Base salary of N100,000 for signing 50 Hosts.
• Mobility fee of N30,000 payable weekly upon meeting target.
• Access to company resources and tools to facilitate your sales efforts.

Salary
N30,000 – N100,000 monthly
