Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Job Description
Interested applicants must be able to:

  • Respond to e-mails in a professional, detailed and coherent manner
  • Create decks for presentation
  • Attend meetings when asked/ invited by the CEO
  • Ability to write blog posts
  • Is very dependable which means, they can deliver in time
  • Knows how to communicate with the team which means, they can dispense information from the CEO to team members efficiently and, they can communicate properly when there are reasons why they cannot deliver
  • Must be willing to operate as a full time intern
  • Must be living within Lagos
  • Must be flexible
  • Must possess critical thinking and be able to solve problems on their feet
  • Must be able to undertake detailed research
  • Must be able to use social media for business purposes: this will include, going live during conferences, sharing BTS content on instagram stories, taking and posting images using the office cell phone for social media

Educational requirements

  • Fresh Graduate
  • Undergoing NYSC
  • Must be living within Lagos City
  • Marital status: Must be single and not married and Must not have children
