Job Title: People Operations Lead
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent application of HR policies, processes, and systems within the business.
• Collaborate with line managers and HODs in decision making
• Proactively maintain and create new initiatives to improve employee productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a Human Resources or related field.
• 3 – 4 years relevant work experience.
• Experience with HR management software is a plus.
• PHRi Certification.
