Job Outline
- To learn and understand the practices of the Mantrac Sales business (Power Systems, Machines and Product Support Sales)
- To participate in a 3-month training program incorporating classroom-based technical training and “on-the-job” training.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Upon completion of this program, the trainee will be able to accomplish the following:
- Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.
- Maintain good corporate reputation and effective communication between our clients/customers and MNL Management.
- Obtain orders that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate equipment sales into high valued projects.
- Ensure that full payments are received for all units sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.
- Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.
- Aggressively promote the company’s products within the catchment area and win more prospects therefrom.
- Provide product related technical assistance and advice to customers and prospects.
Person Specification
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Must have completed NYSC program.
