Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and implement effective internal controls.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Chartered
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional Qualification: Chartered

Salary
N600,000 monthly.
