Job Title: Order Processing Supervisor
Location:
 Lagos
Job Description

  • Receive, process, package and label product
  • Inspect labels, bar codes and other features of completed product and orders
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Fulfillment of customer’s order by supervising the picking, packing and shipping product to customers.
  • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
  • Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete logs for inventory
  • Report and resolve any discrepancies

Requirements

  • B.Sc in relevant field
  • 2-3 years experience processing customer’s order in an e-commerce/ distribution environment
  • Excellent organizational
  • Good organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Good personal presentation and professionalism
