Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the construction sector
• Familiarity with the construction industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
