Job Overview

• We are in search of a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in elevating our company’s brand and maximizing our online presence through targeted advertising campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.

 

Position Summary

• As a Marketing Manager at Systemdigits Ltd., you will be at the helm of our marketing department, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services.
• You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
• This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills to optimize campaigns and measure their success against our marketing goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and potentially additional channels.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with expertise in creating and managing Facebook ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in using email marketing software to generate leads and maintain customer engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
• Ability to reach and surpass marketing goals set by the company.
• Ability to work remotely and effectively manage a team in a virtual environment.
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and engage potential customers through various marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
