Job Description
- As the sales executive, you are the first line of contact for walk-in customers to the store. You will make customers feel welcome and assist them in finding the products that most satisfy their needs.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Guide customers by ushering them to appropriate sections in the store based on their needs and interests
- Be proactively engaged in upselling and maximize sales opportunities in order to achievesales target
- Maintain the shop floor and visual display high standards, complying with the brand’s merchandising procedures
- Return all merchandise to the right location after sales
- Clean up fitting rooms and return garments to racks
- Balance cash registers with receipts
- Stay aware of inventory levels and communicate low stock
Skills / Requirements
- B.Sc / HND Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Experience in fashion, selling across on-floor and digital channels is a key requirements
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Must demonstrate the confidence and ability to relate with customers in a professional way.
