Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Job Description

• Job Summary: The Retail Sales Manager (Financial/Lending) will be responsible for leading the retail sales team in promoting and selling our financial products and services to retail customers.
• The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and execute sales strategies to attain sales objectives and optimize revenue expansion for financial products and services.
• Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide training and coaching to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills related to financial products and services.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, providing personalized financial advice and solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governing financial transactions and sales activities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the financial industry, preferably in lending or retail banking.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, mortgages, savings accounts, and investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
