Our client is a is a leading company providing services within Oil and Gas sector for offshore and onshore activities, We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor
Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have a first experience in a similar position within the Oil and Gas environment. He/she will report to the Project Manager. The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the following:
• Estimate time to execute project with a strong details ability.
• Prepare bills of quantities and answer to the tenders.
• Assist in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Undertake costs analysis for project work.
• Advise on procurement strategy.
• Prepare and submit quotation.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified Quantity Surveyor.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in the Oil and gas industry.
- Have an understanding of the tender process.
- Ability to read technical drawing.
- Must be familiar with AutoCad
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be analytical and organized.
