Reporting to the Global Client Service Director – Healthcare, this role is a unique opportunity for an individual with high aspirations and potential.

The successful candidate will have deep understanding and proven large scale project management experience with good client service capabilities. They will have the ability to roll up their sleeves to focus on delivery. They will also possess the following:
Complexity: Ability to thrive in complex environments and be able to cope with a volatile, uncertain and changing world with relevant experience.
Self-Directed: Ability to translate strategic direction from senior management and clients into practical actions with experience of strategic analysis and thought leadership skills. Working independently from conception of a project plant through to implementation stage and successful stabilisation.
Digital/Mobile: The candidate must have proven experience of and success or working with technology, mobile and/or digital channels.
Strong collaboration and negotiation skills: showing ability to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across the organization to achieve agreed business outcomes and be highly articulate with exceptional presentation and communication skills. (Written and Verbal).
Attention to detail/precision: Ability to prioritise and to maintain focus on program objectives, while at the same time remaining flexible and adapt. Strong experience and proficiency using project management tools (Prince 2 or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
Entrepreneurial start-up environment: The candidate should have experience and appetite for working in a dynamic marketing services company, and will appreciate the opportunities and challenges of working in such a fast paced environment. This will include showing high levels of creativity, with strong skills in problem-solving under pressure.
