Responsibilities;
Reporting to the Global Client Service Director – Healthcare, this role is a unique opportunity for an individual with high aspirations and potential.

Project/Programme Management

  • Ownership and Delivery of a large complex program driven by KPIs while demonstrating perseverance and energy to push ideas through to successful execution on time and on budget
  • Producing critical project plans that capture detailed checking, testing, pre-approval and revalidation required.
  • Manage delivery of objectives for both internal and external stakeholders and implementation partners while tracking and reporting on resource utilisation
  • Troubleshoot delays and adjust timelines where needed in case of unforeseen external factors
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies which may impact on project success and timelines.
  • Develop and document project insights and associated reporting for project stakeholders
  • Implement a communication and governance strategy for in-country engagement

Relationship Building & Influencing

  • Building and managing relationships with key client and sensitive partner contacts on the ground on a day-to-day basis.to really understand their needs and issues ensuring that outcomes are a win-win.
  • Share knowledge with other colleagues and the industry where needed to embed best practices globally.

Capabilities;

The successful candidate will have deep understanding and proven large scale project management experience with good client service capabilities. They will have the ability to roll up their sleeves to focus on delivery. They will also possess the following:

Complexity: Ability to thrive in complex environments and be able to cope with a volatile, uncertain and changing world with relevant experience.

Self-Directed: Ability to translate strategic direction from senior management and clients into practical actions with experience of strategic analysis and thought leadership skills. Working independently from conception of a project plant through to implementation stage and successful stabilisation.

Digital/Mobile: The candidate must have proven experience of and success or working with technology, mobile and/or digital channels.

Strong collaboration and negotiation skills: showing ability to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across the organization to achieve agreed business outcomes and be highly articulate with exceptional presentation and communication skills. (Written and Verbal).

Attention to detail/precision: Ability to prioritise and to maintain focus on program objectives, while at the same time remaining flexible and adapt. Strong experience and proficiency using project management tools (Prince 2 or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).

Entrepreneurial start-up environment: The candidate should have experience and appetite for working in a dynamic marketing services company, and will appreciate the opportunities and challenges of working in such a fast paced environment. This will include showing high levels of creativity, with strong skills in problem-solving under pressure.
