A Global Assessment company is urgently looking for professionals to fill in different positions for the prequalification of suppliers within the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Integrity, confidentiality and transparency, report writing skills, excellent communication skills, a team player, excellent use of recent Microsoft Office suites, ability to work within a framework of company policies and procedures.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER – REF: CSOAILN002

  • Location: Lagos
  • 5 years experience
  • Reporting to Customer care team lead
  • To work within a team to provide support through all aspects of servicing and maintaining existing and new supplier accounts
  • Quality checking of questionnaire submitted
  • Main point of contact for resolving customer problems, updating records using in house application and relating to customers via phone, email letter or fax
  • Creating and sending logon details to users
  • Carrying out other tasks to progress customer data from application to full registration
  • Accuracy and close attention to detail
  • Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning
  • Logical thought and good listening skills
  • Be numerate and literate
  • Confident and pleasant manner when speaking to customers
