CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER – REF: CSOAILN002
- Location: Lagos
- 5 years experience
- Reporting to Customer care team lead
- To work within a team to provide support through all aspects of servicing and maintaining existing and new supplier accounts
- Quality checking of questionnaire submitted
- Main point of contact for resolving customer problems, updating records using in house application and relating to customers via phone, email letter or fax
- Creating and sending logon details to users
- Carrying out other tasks to progress customer data from application to full registration
- Accuracy and close attention to detail
- Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning
- Logical thought and good listening skills
- Be numerate and literate
- Confident and pleasant manner when speaking to customers
