Summary of Responsibilities

  • Source for potential new clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization.
  • Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Managing Director informed of all critical issues
  • Increases management’s effectiveness by orienting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers and their downlines where neccessary; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Devise and implement strategies for meeting sales performance targets

Qualifications

  • Min. of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in similar role.

Job Title: Marketing Executive (Female)
Location: Abuja

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Source for potential new clients.
  • Drive sales activities
  • Make cold calls as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the construction industry.
  • Build relationships with existing customers in an attempt to increase their current spend
  • Put together plans for effective strategies and pitches that will persuade other business organizations to do business with the Company.

Qualifications

  • Min. of OND/Diploma in Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in similar role

  • Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by marketing executives or customers.
  • keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Handle inquiries from customers.
  • Log calls and request.
  • Gather Customer information for every request.
  • Engage with customer follow up calls.

Qualifications

  • Min. of OND/Diploma in any Art related course.
  • At least 2 years experience in similar capacity and field.
  • Good communication skills.

 

Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Location:
Lagos

Job Purpose

  • Supporting the finance department, accountant, and management team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks.
  • Preparing budgets, maintaining reports, and completing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company.

Summarized Responsibilities

  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
  • Completing purchase orders
  • Managing payroll
  • Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
  • Managing company ledgers
  • Processing business expenses
  • Coordinating internal and external audits
  • Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
  • Verifying bank deposits
  • Managing day-to-day transactions
  • Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
  • Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Data Entry;Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Experience; Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation; Detail Oriented; Organised; Timely; Competent IT Skills; Strong Bookkeeping Skills; Knowledge of Business Math; Understanding of Budgetary Principles; Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills.
