Job Title: Presales Lead

Qualification, Skills & Competence

• As a Presales Lead, he/she will work with cross functional teams to lead and support the commercialization and delivery of Microsoft Cloud Service Products.
• He/she will specifically focus on developing the Microsoft Office 365 Product initiative for Enterprise.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant related field.
• Minimum of two to three years’ work experience in Presales and Technical Support related functions.
• Familiar with Microsoft Servers and Applications.
• Microsoft Solutions Associate (MCSA) Certification will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Exchange and Messaging.
• Evidence of successful Microsoft Office 365 setup and support.
• Ability and willingness to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills.
• Good presentation skills
