Job Title: NodeJS Developer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-Site)

Job Brief:

• Our client is recruitng for a skilled and experienced NodeJS Developer. The developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build applications.

Job Description:

• Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods.
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.
• Build customer-facing UI and back-end services for payment processing administration and management.
• Code, teste and operate node.js based services.
• Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
• 3+ years of experience developing web, software, or mobile applications.
• Strong experience in Object-Oriented Languages (OOD).
• Should have worked with Angular & React in the past.
• Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 3+ years of experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST or SOAP.
• Strong DB programming experience (MongoDB/SQL/NoSQL) – ORM experience is required.
• Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process.
• Experience with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Good Experience with various Map Libraries is required.
• Knowledge in VueJs is a plus.
• Good skills with HTML/CSS and HTML slicing.
