- The individual will be bestowed with 2 position(s) primarily Customer Service Representative and an Office Clerk.
Job Summary
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Clovo-Works. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
- Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Handle product recalls.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Sell products and services.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Closeout or open call records.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Read from scripts.
- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Secondary Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software:
- Maintain office equipment in proper operating condition.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, general Education degree or equivalent.
- You Must be Dynamic and have the ability to think fast.
- You Must be able to Work under Pressure and Intensified Situations.
- You Must know how to Use a Computer System.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- You Must be living within the Yaba axis.
Salary
The Official Pay is NGN 12, 000 Per Month.
