LEC International recruits a Company secretary. The Company Secretary reports directly to the Managing Director/CEO and is responsible for the provision of corporate statutory and secretarial services, handles legal matters, represents and defends the company and manages the company’s relationship with the regulatory body, NAICOM.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

– Must possess minimum academic and professional qualifications in Law, LLB, BL. Possession of ACIS or other related professional qualification is advantageous.

– Preferred age range is 35 and above.

– Minimum of eight years post-NYSC experience, four years of which must be in the Insurance Services Sector, or in a public quoted company.

– Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, show ability to interact effortlessly with the various stakeholders and have a good grasp of the Nigerian Labour Laws.
