Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Business Analyst is to help in the improvement of the Company’s Business System by providing strong Analysis and Research that contains solutions to the Business Problems.
• He/she must have a full understanding of the Business Trend, while they also guide the Organization to improve the process and quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Analyzing Business Processes.
• Implementing effective solutions to Business Problems.
• Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis.
• Regular reporting and analysis.
• Exploring different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts.
• Using data modeling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.
• Leading and Managing Teams.
• Formulating ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.

Requirements/Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Critical thinking ability.
• Tech Savvy.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent Negotiation skill.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team Work.
