Job Summary
- The role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective support.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients who requires such services.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients experiencing issues with the Client’s products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with other support engineers to find solutions to recurring issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and analyze the product’s issues.
- Offer clear instructions to clients on issue resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that their technical concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, technical issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay informed about products, updates, and new features.
- Continuously build expertise in the technical aspects of the products to provide effective support.
- Work closely with other teams, including development, sales, and quality assurance, to convey client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, challenges, and solutions.
Basic Requirements
- OND / NCE in Engineering/Computer Science/Relevant training
- 3 – 4 years engineers in Tech Solutions, knowledgeable in repairs and maintenance of Hardwares (POS Terminals, Printers, Tech products)
- Good communication skills,
- Problem-Solving & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy & efficiency.
