Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Lagos

Brief Description of Duties

• Produce and distribute correspondence and letters
• Develop and maintain an effective filing system
• Order office supplies, manage the store and procurement requests while monitor ing disbursements
• Manage, administer and reconcile office expense reports
• Supervise other administrative staff to ensure optimum performance
• Provide general support to the operations team

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at B.Sc with a minimum of Second class upper (2.1)
• No experience required
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office.
