Job Title: Baker
Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

• Our bakery unit (Ovenfresh bakery) is well known to bake one of the best bread in Lagos and are currently in need of bakers with 6 months – 1 year of baking experience.

Job Description
The Baker will be responsible for the following job duties:

• Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
• Direct and supervise the production staff’s activities to make sure that products are up to standards.
• Decorate baked products to achieve a finished appearance.
• Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
• Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.

Skills / Requirements & Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a Degree in any field.
• Must reside in Lagos preferably Lekki-Ajah axis
• Must have a good communication skill
• Must have baking experience (knowledge in bread baking).
• Detail-oriented
• Flexibility to workaround
• Customer demand
• Ability to work with team members to solve problems.
• Good planning skills
• Ability to left heavy items for an extended time.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
