Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and stocking products.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure optimal warehouse efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations and meet company goals and objectives.
- Establish and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, and performance management.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments, to coordinate warehouse activities and fulfill customer orders on time.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory levels and other key metrics.
- Analyze warehouse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and shipping accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, sales, and finance, to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Evaluate warehouse performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and implement innovative solutions to enhance operations.
- Responsible to ensure there’s adequate, unexpired inventory of misc. supplies to meet production requirements (raw materials, packaging materials and supplies)
- Ensure materials/product received in accordance with company-related policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as department needs necessitate.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to problem-solve.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to handle frequent changes.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and practice necessary safety procedures and signs.
- Knowledge of quality auditing, food safety, and food quality standards.
- Proficiency in data entry reporting and processing skills.
- Experience in the beverage, food, and bakery environment desired.
- Capability to stand and/or stoop for the full shift.
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as required.
