Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Description

• Greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Answering phone calls and directing as needed
• Must keep a proper record/documentation of guests
• Inform guests of hotel rates and services
• Collecting payments with paper works and computers.
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating front desk activities
• Must be smart, outspoken, confident, and have ability to provide basic and accurate information

 

Criteria & Required Qualifications

• OND, ND, HND, or B.Sc
• Proven work experience as a front desk officer in a hotel is an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and time management capability
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Proximity to location will be considered
• Must be organized professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer and digital literacy ( MS office word, Google workspace and other relevant tools)
• Team player

 

Benefits

• Salary Range: N50,000 Monthly.
