We are recruiting to fill the position below:

1. Job Title: Leasing Manager

Job Description

• Establish key relationships with new and existing tenants
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties on vacancies, major tenants, small tenancy and lease expiration
• Document to effectuate execution of leasing contract
• Represent tenants to parties within organization
• Present marketing letters and documents to potential tenants
• Meet tenants to encourage leasing relations.

 

2. Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Studying competitors’ products and services and also being innovative about how to be steps ahead of competition
• Monitoring and analysing market trends
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our Mall etc.
