Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum qualification of OND with minimum 1 year commercial expertise gained across Sales, managing Key distributors in the open market
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- High degree of integrity
- Good inter-personal skills
- Geographically mobile.
- Healthy and physically fit.
- Note: These slots will be assigned vans for retail coverage & redistribution purposes. Hence, it is a mandatory requirement that the candidates can drive manual format vans, a valid drivers licence and minimum of 2 years driving experience.
Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Job Location: Lagos/Ogun
Job Summary
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Applicants should reside within Berger/Ibafo and its environs.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience/experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Experience of originating and controlling budgets

- Good analytical skills
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – MSS Retail
Job Location: Lagos
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Graduate with a Minimum of 8 years commercial expertise gained across Sales, managing Key distributors in the open market
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- High degree of integrity and people management
- Good inter-personal skills
- Geographically mobile.
- Ability to negotiate at a senior level with Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers.
Job Title: Van Sales Representative (VSR)

Qualifications
- Minimum: OND
- Healthy and physical fit
- A good driver with valid driving license
- Basic IT skills (to operate sales device tools)
