- As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for developing and executing strategies aimed at driving online traffic, engaging customers, and significantly boosting sales.
- Leveraging your proficiency in a wide range of digital marketing skills, including content creation, social media management, and graphic design, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives to success.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and continually refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, with a primary focus on driving website traffic, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales.
- Multichannel Campaigns: Execute and manage marketing campaigns across diverse digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
- Social Media Mastery: Oversee and manage all aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email content, segmenting email lists, and tracking campaign performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for search engines to enhance organic visibility, drive targeted traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
- Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics and visuals for marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract valuable insights, and make informed decisions to optimize strategies.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for all digital marketing initiatives.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3 years in digital marketing, demonstrating a successful track record in driving online traffic and achieving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, SEO tools, and graphic design software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to develop effective and engaging marketing strategies.
