• The ideal candidate must be Montessori trained and possess the ability to bring change by inspiring existing leadership and staff in a way that will result in growth and improved bottom lines.
• The Head of Schools shall provide the necessary academic and or professional leadership for executing the school’s policies.
• The candidate shall be expected to raise the academic standards of the school, improve pupils and student’s population and strengthen the ties between parents and management.
• She/He will organize staff and the resources available and coordinate them to achieve set goals.

Job Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience, 3 of which must be in Management capacity.
• Minimum of First degree in Education.
• Ideal candidate must have taught and headed a nursery and primary school.
