Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Assess the awareness levels of consumers and channel within a given territory as defined in Recare’s marketing process.
• Increasing the demand at wholesaler, retailer or distributor level to compliment brand management at consumer level.
• Development and execution of trade / consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development.
• Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales.
• Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives.
• Identify non- performing channels/channel outlets, define and implement strategies to develop them.
• Liaise with the marketing department (head office) to ensure adequate supply of communication materials for brand visibility.
• Proactively communication and build relationships with the global Marketing teams.

Qualification

• Ideal candidate should have a Degree in Marketing.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the FMCG.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
• Must be a Marketing Manager or equivalent position
