Job Title: ROV PILOT
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules in conjunction with the Projects Manager & Unit Manager; plan, direct and assign duties for ROV project personnel; schedule and authorize overtime as necessary to meet project schedules.
- Trains ROV engineers on operational functions; conduct safety orientations and meetings; assures that established policies and procedures are followed.
- Oversee and supervise all functions including receiving of components, ROV equipment inventory control and interim quality checks and shipping; assures compliance with all regulations and good code of practice.
- Conversant with relevant ROV work techniques and legislation; Report any nonconforming work. Prepare project reports. Assist in necessary project documentation.
- Data analysis. Reading and interpreting drawings and procedures as maybe required.
- Demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of ROV; have knowledge of the ROV services certification scheme.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced ROV rescue techniques.
- Perform tests, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment as necessary.
- Verify that the integrity of the structure has been restored for the purpose it was designed.
- Take pictures and/or video of completed work for presentation to the client.
- Troubleshoots all ROV project problems; assures that equipment and materials are properly maintained for efficient operations; reports any process or equipment problems to the Unit Manager and or Projects Manager.
Requirements
- Possess current certificates for all operation areas as per OGUK and other relevant guidelines
- Valid OPITO BOSIET/HUET Certification
- Knowledge and Adherence to safety rules and regulations
- ASNT Level III in UT, MT, PT, RT & ET (Mandatory)
- PEC Qualifications mandatory
Educational Qualifications
- A good university first degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- Advanced Subsea Engineering Certificate
Experience Required:
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Expertise in video ray Pro 4, VideoRay MSS (Mandatory)
- Must be fully competent, conversant and have a strong working knowledge of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs)
- Experience in risk assessments, HSE Audits/Meetings/Inspections, HSE Training, HSE Performance Reporting, First-Aid, and Accident Investigation.

Job Title: Senior Offshore Constructor
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contract
Summary of Functions
- Determine the appropriate processes and procedures are developed, utilized, implemented and ensure they meet both internal and external quality requirements.
- Interpret and analyzing request for quotations.
- Develop detailed written weld procedures, instructions, and lab testing requirements which meet code customer requirements.
- Review and interpret lab testing results and reports.
- Determines required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques.
- Responsible for ensuring that industry standards (ASME, AWS, API, etc.) and customer requirements are properly set and completed throughout the manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Attend pre-fabrication meetings with customers as required
- Analyze and ensure the appropriate welding materials (alloys, etc.) are included in the entire processing of the job order.
Requirements
- Certified in at least 3 of these processes: SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW
- Rope Access IRATA Level 3
- OGUK Medical and MIST
- Coded Welder Completion of Apprenticeship Certificate which MUST be in date
Educational Qualifications:
- Valid A.W.S D1.1 Certification
- Valid BOSIET Offshore Survival Certification
- Certification with CSWIP 3.2 mandatory
Experience Required:
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Extensive experience in welding and fabrication mainly in the piping and Vessels
- Knowledge and experience in all QC related activities in Piping, welding, related Piping
- Technical background in advanced welding methods and procedures
- Must have experience welding multiple types of pipe including, but not limited to: carbon steel, stainless steel, and chrome.
- Knowledge and experience in 6G Pipe Testing
- Responsible for carrying out all your duties in a safe, competent manner and in line with both systems and the IRATA Code of Practice.
