Job Title: Channel Manager, TV / Media Communication
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Create strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of Tv station
  • Monitor competitor’s activities
  • Attend shows, Seminars, and other events
  • Direct and commercialize activities, making sure that propositions are ready to sell and execute on schedule, and to budget
  • Set Tv strategies to give shows the best possible chance of attracting and retaining an audience
  • Planning of transmission, what to broadcast, and ensuring an adequate or maximum utilization of airtime
  • Manage staffs
  • Research, Write, Proofread, and edit all Media content
  • Implement and Manage Media campaigns and deliver public relations and communicate plans
  • Implement all targeted content for various media platforms

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as a TV Station Channel Manager
  • Prior experience working in the media organization
  • Knowledge on EPG
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Production, Editing, and Content writing
  • Leadership Skills
  • Proactiveness, Self-motivation, and focus on delivering results.
