Job Title: Demand Generation Manager
- Ensuring the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed.
- Achieving the volume and margin growth for the region within the period (quarter).
- Supervise, lead and manage the sales team members to achieve their objectives
- Develop and manage channel members to ensure effective distribution and extensive availability of company products.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- You have at least 5 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services, Industrial and Healthcare & Lifesciences.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
