Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Admin Executive to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations, supporting our employees, and contributing to the organization’s overall success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality..
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing company events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience in human resource or administration
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
