Walcoss Consulting – Our Client, a leading law firm, is currently seeking candidates to fill in the position of:

Job Title: Office Assistant / Cleaner
Location:
Lagos Island
Job Description

  • The ideal candidate would be responsible for supporting the maintenance of office operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain office equipments by completing preventive maintenance; informing supervisor of necessary repairs
  • Cleaning of all office areas
  • Assist with running errands and making purchases for staff in the office.
  • Provide administrative support such as purchasing of office supplies, filing documents, making photocopies, checking electrical appliances after use to ensure that hazards are not created, and locking of doors after operating hours
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by staff

Person Specification, Knowledge & Skills Requirement

  • Must possess minimum of SSCE qualification.
  • Living on the Island preferably.
  • Must have the passion to prioritize duties.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised.
  • Should not be more than 30 years old.
  • Must be able to converse in English.
