Job Title: Technical Supervisor
Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Conducting root cause analyses to identify machinery issues and diagnostic support
• Supervise maintenance processes so that all works are completed as efficiently as possible and to the required quality standards
• Ensures all maintenance tasks are executed using the appropriate safety standards and are compliant with policies, regulations and SOP’s
• Review standard maintenance tasks and other relevant documents and to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
• Ensure that maintenance department targets are being met such as minimum down time and break downs
• Manage the mechanicaland electricalmaintenance team via effective training, mentoring, coaching, motivating, performance managing and communication
• Maintain an understanding of the principles of GMP as applied to plant and equipment.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum of Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of five years (5) experience as a Technical Supervisorin an FMCG company
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical and electrical systems
• Working knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
