Job Title: Systems Engineer 

Job Description

• We are in need of a talented Systems Engineer who has the experience necessary to help build out our existing infrastructure and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• We’re a growing company with a team of highly dedicated IT professionals who give their all to help our enterprise flourish. The ideal candidate for this position can prioritise mission critical tasks and coordinate the construction and expansion of our systems to updates and other maintenance tasks don’t get in the way of daily operations.
• We’re interested in automating as many of our processes as possible to reduce the potential for human error.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitor existing systems to ensure structural integrity
• Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software
• Install and configure operating systems and other software and routinely test installed software for glitch detection and other issues
• Provide technical direction to IT support staff
• Ensure constant availability of technical resources
• Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety
• Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field required (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in systems engineering and IT support required
• Proven track record of success in installation and maintenance of LINUX-based software
• Experience creating automated scripts and software preferred
• Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and protect trade secrets
• Exceptional networking skills and knowledge

Job Title: Safety Manager

Description

• Blizz Technology takes safety seriously unlike every other companies, and we require all of our employees to use the standard industry practices to keep everyone safe on the job.
• To that end, we’re seeking an experienced Safety Manager who can evaluate the safety protocols followed on various job sites, organize safety training for employees and report problems to management.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry and understand the specific safety issues inherent to the industry.
• The job includes significant field work, so reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are a must.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Must visit job sites to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment and materials
• Evaluate, assess and alter safety procedures and policies for the benefit of employees and clients
• Research and implement new materials handling processes
• Analyse accident reports and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts
• Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards
• Research environmental regulations and policies and institute changes to ensure compliance
• Track incident metrics and apply findings
• Oversee the applications for and receipt of necessary permits
• Lead injury and incident inquiries and evaluations

Requirement & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Environmental Health and Safety)

Job Title: Security Guard

Job Summary

• We need a reliable Security Guard to handle interior and exterior security through manual observation and the use of on-site cameras.
• The Security Guard will be responsible for using corporate protocol to greet facility guests, assigning the proper security badge to each visitor, monitoring the interior and exterior of the facility, checking to make sure that certain doors are locked when they are supposed to be and reporting any suspicious activity to the local police department immediately.
• The ideal candidate for this position has a background in security and a professional disposition.
• The goal is to Detect, Deter, Observe and Report.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
• Perform first aid or CPR

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Trained security officer with diploma
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• High School Degree
• 2+ years’ experience in the security field, or a certificate indicating completion of a security course
• Must possess strong group communication skill
• Proven history of working well in stressful situations

Job Title: Contract Administrator

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who knows how to handle all types of contracts from standard utilities to vendor negotiations. We offer software solutions designed for small to mid-sized businesses, giving them the resources of some of the largest international companies.

• We’re looking for a Contract Administrator who has experience creating contracts that reduce corporate liability and minimize the risk of contractual breaches.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must Prepare contracts for sales and purchases
• Must Create and manage a contracts strategy
• Have to generate reports on the current status of existing agreements
• Must be able to negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms
• Create standardized language for new contracts
• Analyse and report on specific risks associated with contracts

Qualifications and skills

• Experience working with and managing contracts
• Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in specific contracts
• Attention to detail and ability to notice errors
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field like accounting, finance or legal
• At least HND in Business Administration or Finance required

Job Title: Dispatcher

Job Description

• We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to help create trucking routes that keep costs down but meet customer scheduling needs.
• The Dispatcher will be responsible for using the latest in routing software to establish daily trucking routes that make required stops outlined in customer contracts.
• The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work with drivers to schedule emergency pick-up or delivery for new or established clients when necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day
• Have to collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
• Must act as a communication liaison through the two-way truck radio system and answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the road
• Must cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
• Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries

Qualifications and skills

• At least with minimum of OND
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
• Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Job Title: Driver

Job Description

• We are looking for a Driver who is energetic, personable and safe.
• You must enjoy meeting people and be deeply familiar with area nuances, such as back roads and traffic patterns.
• We provide the van, but you should have a clean background check/driving record and driver’s license.
• Drivers will generally work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but occasional extended hours and weekend hours may be necessary, especially around holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must be familiar with navigation apps and knowledge of area
• Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Work occasional evenings and weekends
• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery van and notify manager of any issues
• Maintain electronic logs to track routes and deliveries

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year driving experience
• Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
• Work well independently
• Open and transparent communication
• Familiarity with devices or map apps.
