Job Description
- As the Business Development Manager at Duotech Global (HR Services) you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence.
- Your primary focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue through the sales of our HR services to clients in the tech-oriented sectors.
- Leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and industry-specific knowledge, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch HR solutions to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients within relevant tech-related sectors to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target industries.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Duotech HR Global’s services.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to effectively position our services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 – 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in selling banking, insurance, training or tech services.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings and industry events.
- MBA Degree will be an added advantage.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth understanding of the tech industries, including market trends and customer pain points.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Salary: N300,000 – N450,000 Monthly (Competitive salary and commission structure).
