Description:
- They are looking to recruit an Admin Manager to coordinate the organization’s administration system and general workflows.
Job Responsibility:
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Oversee facilities services, and maintenance activities, organize and supervise other office activities
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relative field with 5 – 7 years work experience.
- Proven experience as an administration manager
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
