Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description:

  • They are looking to recruit an Admin Manager to coordinate the organization’s administration system and general workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Oversee facilities services, and maintenance activities, organize and supervise other office activities
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relative field with 5 – 7 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as an administration manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
