Ginos Ventures Limited is an Indigenous distributor of medical consumables and devices across Africa, we provide solutions to all problems of procurement, distribution, and supply of all medical consumables. We currently distribute for over 15 multinational healthcare companies and have a working relationship with about 60% of healthcare institutions in Nigeria with 23 Medical Representatives and 10 mini distributors that cover major regions in the country. Job Title: General Manager
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

• We seek a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and business operations.
• General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies.
• To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
• Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and become more profitable.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee our day-to-day operations.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth for the company.
• Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the company.
• Set policies and processes that will improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors.
• Ensure that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
• Working closely with the National Sales Manager and other Heads of Department to improve staff performance.
• Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports.
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business or relevant field; having a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Senior Executive.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Must beat least 40 years old and above.
