Requirements
The candidate is expected to possess the following qualities:

• Sound Knowledge and skills in AKRON and Stream Edge Banding operation
• Maintenance of of the machine on a daily basis
• Good leadership skills
• Paying attention to details
• Must be technically sound
• Teachable mindset and learning fast
• Report writing
• Co-ordination of the unit activities
• Arranging finished panels in order
