Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• To manage the branch effectively and a proper follow up on both new and existing customers of the bank.
• To monitor marketing staff performance and to facilitate prompt repayment of due loans.
• To also minimize running costs.
• And any other job as assigned from time to time.
• To expand the branch customer base.
• To generate/drive revenue in terms of loans and deposit.
• To instill discipline and punctuality among the staff.

Job Requirements

• Experience: minimum of 5 years experience in micro-finance bank.
• Qualification: ND, HND and B.Sc.
