Job Summary
- Responsible for carrying out, in a safe and diligent manner, any task or routine which he is directed to do by the Bosun or Chief Officer.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and painting of the vessel as required.
- Have understanding and comply with all relevant sections of the companies’ policies and management system.
- Be familiar with his emergency duties and he must be aware of, and abide by Company procedures, policies and instructions.
- Lash and secure cargo and equipment on the weather decks or other cargo spaces, and the stores/spares in storerooms, in his area of responsibility.
- Carry out maintenance of deck machinery and equipment and assist in carrying out planned maintenance routines.
- Be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the equipment in the field of his responsibility and maintain the cleanliness of his work area
Qualifications
- Shall be part of the mooring stations party either forward or aft, assisting with the safe rigging of gangways and pilot ladders as required.
- Preference would be given to those who can work both legally in Nigeria & UK

Job Title: Chief Officer, Safety

Job Summary
- The day Chief Officer shall act as the Safety Officer onboard ensuring that the provisions of the Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seamen, Statutory Requirements and Company Health and Safety Policy are complied with.
- The Safety Officer shall investigate all lost time injuries, dangerous occurrences and complaints regarding Health and Safety matters and make recommendations to the OIM/Master.
Responsibilities
- Act as Senior DP Operator, Watchkeeper, when on shift and normal Watchkeeper when on conventional watches either in port, on passage or at anchor.
- Shall have understanding and comply with all relevant sections of the company’s policies and management system.
- Assists OIM/Master in fire fighting and emergency procedures controls on Bridge in the event of fire or other emergency situation.
- Liaises with all other Deck Officers on general ship running and routines.
- Ensures that all cargo is secured at all times and organises cargo transfers after liaison with the Storekeeper.
- Ensuring all navigational equipment is functioning correctly. Preparation of the Bridge for sea as required by statute and reporting equipment defects.
- Assists in paperwork if required which may be incurred by clients/charters information/data requirements.
- Liaises closely with Well Ops UK QHSE Manager on Incident close out actions and all other matters pertaining to safety onboard the vessel.
- Assist the OIM/Master in the maintenance of WOUK Management System.
- Undertake the role and responsibilities of GMDSS operator in accordance with the provisions of MA (Radio installation)
- regulations 1992 and STCW 95
Minimum Marine
Qualifications & Experience:
The Senior DP Operator should have:
- OOW – II/2 – STCW95.
- DP Operators certificate issued by the Nautical
Institute, or:
- Comply with the requirements of Guidelines for the Design and Operation of Dynamically Positioned Vessels DPVOA (IMCA).
- Comply with the requirements as described in IMCA guideline M117 Training and Experience of Key DP Personnel, Qualification and Knowledge Requirements of Key Personnel (Senior DPO).
- An adequate knowledge and experience with the relevant class of vessel in accordance with IMCA guideline M117 Training and
- Experience of Key DP Personnel
- Preference would be given to those who can work both legally in Nigeria & UK

Job Title: Project Accountant

Job Title: Financial Reporting Accountant

- Collects and analyzes financial data
- Actively involve in development of corporate budget for the company and ensure the planning process supports the business

Job Title: GL/Asset/AR Accountant

Description
- Monitors the fixed assets of an organization.
- Keeps track of these assets from the moment they were purchased by the company up to the time they are disposed of or sold. This is done so that these assets are properly accounted for in taxes (local, state and federal).
- Liaises with Asset Department to maintain accurate of the company’s assets from acquisition to disposal
- Generates reports on Asset movement
- Runs from SAP the fixed asset depreciation schedules on a monthly basis
- Provides support to the Finance Operations Lead in providing appropriate responses to External Auditors’ queries and requirements during audits
- Updates the right database (SAP) with relevant information on fixed assets
- Monitors general Ledger accounts and provides relevant to the Finance Operations Lead on accounts that require investigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Student of ACCA, ACA, other finance-related qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years’ broad experience in finance with
- preferred focus in the EPC space.
