Job Description:
- The goal of this position is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients.
- You will develop business development strategies, conduct market analysis, and, finally, drive our approach as we continue to expand our product offerings and grow our market share.
- You will be responsible for the direction of the company.
- You must be versed with Social Media and how to engage and market to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives;
- Researching organisations and individuals to find new partnership opportunities;
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met;
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform and products so as to provide knowledgeable support to new and existing customers
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of the fintech landscape.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in any discipline chemistry or biochemistry and Msc or certificate in quality control will be added advantage
- Proven minimum of (5) Five years in the financial sector, especially fintech company.
