Job Title: Growth / Product Marketing Associate
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and develop targeted marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement
• Create and executed highly successful performance marketing campaigns on Facebook ads, Twitter ads, and programmatic ads to increase conversions.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to set up and optimize tracking tools,
• Including Amplitude and Segment, to measure and analyze campaign performance.
• Manage social media ads budget effectively to achieve result while also maintaining and/or reduce overheads
• Develop and execute Marketing automation
• sequences, achieving an impressive average open rate of 26%.
• Create engaging newsletters to maintain a strong brand presence and foster lasting
• Connections with subscribers
• Implement advanced segmentation strategies to build and nurture email leads, optimizing the sales conversion process and driving revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance, identified areas for improvement, and execute data-driven optimizations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 4 years work experience.
